Primary Acro Dance in Farnborough
These Acro classes for infant children in Farnborough are conducted to a mixture of classical and children’s music to help stimulate imagination, develop rhythm and encourage musicality. Physical fitness; strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination are developed in these classes. The basics of ballet are used to encourage balance, coordination, core stability, strength, and cardiovascular, whilst improving the child’s self-confidence.
